FAQ

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    All common payment methods are accepted. Cash, Check*, Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal and Venmo *bounced checks are subject to a surcharge
  • I don't have access to a printer, can you print the document for me?"
    Yes. If you know what you need, you can either upload your document(s) when you book your appointment or send them to office@pensacola-mobile-notary.com using "Documents {Your full name}" as subject. The Notary will print your document(s) and bring them to the scheduled appointment.
  • I am not sure what exact document I need notarized, can you help me with it?"
    No. Notaries are not allowed to practice law, therefore a notary is not allowed to suggest what kind of document is needed.
  • Where can I have my document(s) notarized?
    Basically everywhere. All we need is a desk/table. It does not matter if we meet in your house, a hostpital, a retirement home or a public place. However, If you want to meet in a public place it is your responsibility to protect your privacy.
  • Can I already fill out the document(s) before the Notary arrives?
    Yes, but... It is actually recommended to have the document already filled out. However, it is important that you leave the signature line of the principal, the witnesses (if any) and the entire notarial certificate blank. The notarial certificate usually starts with: State of ___________ County of __________ There are exceptions on certain documents. If you are not sure, just wait for the Notary.
