Q: What payment methods are accepted?

All common payment methods are accepted: Cash, Check (bounced checks are subject to a surcharge), Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, and Venmo.

Q: I don't have access to a printer, can you print the document for me?

Yes. You can upload your documents when booking your appointment or send them to office@pensacola-mobile-notary.com with the subject 'Documents {Your full name}'. The Notary will print your documents and bring them to the scheduled appointment.

Q: I am not sure what exact document I need notarized, can you help me with it?

No. Notaries are not allowed to practice law and therefore cannot suggest what kind of document is needed.

Q: Where can I have my documents notarized?

Basically everywhere. All we need is a desk or table. It does not matter if we meet in your house, a hospital, a retirement home, or a public place. However, if you choose a public place, it is your responsibility to protect your privacy.

Q: Can I already fill out the documents before the Notary arrives?

Yes, but it is recommended to have the document already filled out, leaving the signature line of the principal, the witnesses (if any), and the entire notarial certificate blank. The notarial certificate usually starts with: State of ___________ County of __________. If you are unsure, wait for the Notary.

Yes. If you know what you need, you can either upload your document(s) when you book your appointment or send them to office@pensacola-mobile-notary.com using "Documents {Your full name}" as subject. The Notary will print your document(s) and bring them to the scheduled appointment.

No. Notaries are not allowed to practice law, therefore a notary is not allowed to suggest what kind of document is needed.
